In the language of the East, it means olive oil and that sums up the menu of this vibrant restaurant that serves a variety of arabic cuisine. Located in the Bawadi Mall, Bond’s latest project - the Zaytinya restaurant is as vivacious as it can get in terms of colour and pattern. Magenta stands out in the ambience while bold patterns are spread out throughout the restaurant as fabric panels, translucent stickers and wall partitions. A perfect mix of all has been built into an interesting wall feature that commands dominance upon entry. Eclectic mix of furniture & lighting shares a subdued but effective role in the interior that is strikingly complemented with the screen printed ceramic tiles that runs across the floor.
